Atlas Oil Company Acquires Dennis Trigg Portfolio Of Business

TAYLOR, Mich., ‘ Taylor, Mich.-based Atlas Oil Company announced today the acquisition of the Dennis Trigg portfolio of business in the greater Houston, Texas area as part of the national fuel supply, logistics and services company’s extensive growth plan. Atlas Oil Company Chairman and CEO Sam Simon made the announcement.


Through the acquisition of this family business, more than 80 fuel customers’including traditional delivered-in commercial and retail business as well as rack sales and contracted customers with a current consumption volume of 50 million gallons per year’will now be serviced by Atlas Oil. Atlas plans to grow the portfolio significantly over the next one to two years.

Dennis Trigg will continue to serve as a consultant for Atlas, and his daughter, Terry Moyers, will join the company as a senior account manager and continue to maintain the relationships her family has built in the industry for more than 50 years.
