Kenworth Names 2009 Dealer Council, Helps Foster Superior Customer Support



KIRKLAND, Wash., March 23, 2009 ‘ Kenworth Truck Company has named its 2009 Kenworth Dealer Council members. The council consists of leading executives from among more than 300 Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to help promote program consistency across the dealer network so that every Kenworth dealership provides a superior level of customer service.
 
The 2009 Kenworth Dealer Council members are: Chairman ‘ Brent Leach, Custom Truck Sales, Regina, Sask.; Jim Beiderwieden, Inland Kenworth, Burnaby, B.C.; Harry Mamizuka, NorCal Kenworth, Oakland, Calif.; Tim Murphy, MHC Kenworth, Kansas City, Mo., Dan Penksa, Kenworth of Buffalo, Buffalo, N.Y.; Alex Sykes, Cooper Kenworth, Durham, N.C.; and Ron Whiteford, Lower Great Lakes Kenworth, South Bend, Ind. In addition, Jim Hartman of Truck Enterprises in Harrisonburg, Va., serves as the Kenworth ATD line representative.
