Congressman Mike Doyle Signs On As NORA Cosponsor

At the request of Pennsylvania Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association, Congressman Mike Doyle (D-Allegheny) has signed on as a cosponsor of the pending bill that would reauthorize NORA for another year. This is considered an important development due to the high rank of Doyle within the House and Energy and Commerce Committee. Doyle was a sponsor of NORA in the original enabling legislation. He joins Congressman Joe Pitts (R-Lancaster), a ranking committee member as well, as a signer of the bill.
