ClimateMaster announces new Tranquility Split Series
The Tranquility split geothermal systems includes the Tranquility outdoor split unit (TTP) and the Tranquility air handler (TAH). When combined, the pair has among the highest efficiency rating of any geothermal system on the market.
The TTP, which comes in 26, 38, 49 and 64 MBH capacities, has a built-in expansion tank to assure stable loop pressure and a pre-charged compressor section with back-seating service valves for quick installation. The weatherproof, sound-insulated cabinet has large, removable panels for easy access. Using environmentally friendly refrigerant, Earthpure® HFC0410A, the system exceeds ASHRAE 90.1 and Energy Star 3.0 efficiencies. It also meets federal requirements for the 30% tax credit on installation costs.
TAH units provide flow in any direction, making them ideal for remote crawl space and attic applications. Other features include condensate over-flow protection, 230v-115v compatibility, bi-directional thermal expansion valve, control transformer with circuit breaker protection and dehumidification mode for high latent cooling.
