SPIRIT® PETROLEUM Holds Annual Meeting

 


NEW HOPE, PA (January 31, 2011) ‘ The Management Committee of the Petroleum Marketers Oil Company, LLC and the Spirit® Petroleum brand held its 8th annual meeting January 18’19, 2011 in Dallas, TX at the Grand Hyatt DFW Hotel. The meeting presented the opportunity for committee members and invited participants to note the company’s accomplishments in 2010, and to strategize for the coming year.


 


Members of PMOCO’s Management Committee are: Bill Herdrich (Chairman) of Herdrich Petroleum Corp. (IN); Rex Gillis (Treasurer) of Dutch Oil Co. (MS); Bill Fagan Jr. of Prestige Petroleum (NJ); Jim Cross of Cross Petroleum (CA); Darrel McCartney of W.B. McCartney Oil Co., Inc. (LA); Bruce Holmstrom of Vancouver Oil Co., Inc. (WA); Mark Griffin of the Michigan Petroleum Association; and PMOCO President Vera Haskins.


 


Also attending were Dan Gilligan, President of the Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA); Stanley Roberts of Capital Oil, Inc. (MS), Vice Chairman of PMAA; and Benny Hodges of Hodges Oil Co. Inc. (NM), 2nd Vice Chairman of PMAA.


 


‘In terms of revenue and the number of new sites added to the Spirit® family, 2010 was one of the most successful years in the history of Spirit® Petroleum,” said Haskins. ‘Our primary goals for 2011 are to continue the growth and distribution of the Spirit® brand, and to seek new ways to better serve the needs of our licensees. Among other projects, we’re looking forward to broadening our selection of promotional materials available for use at the consumer level.”
