Bock Hires Director of Product Support

Bock Water Heaters, Inc. (Madison, Wis.)  announced the addition of David Rousayne to the newly created position of director of product support.

David comes to Bock with over 30 years of experience in the hydronic, HVAC and water heating industry.  Most recently David had held the position of technical service manger at Carlin Combustion Technology, Inc. 

In his new position, David will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and assistance to Bock’s customers and key accounts.  This will include monitoring product quality and customer satisfaction as well as developing technical training materials to support Bock’s growing product offerings.
