Real-time Vehicle Tracking Designed Specifically for Fuel Delivery
LAKE BLUFF, IL ‘ January 31, 2012 ‘ Liquid Controls launches i-Meter, a straight forward, plug-and-play vehicle tracking tool designed specifically for refined fuels and LPG delivery companies. In addition to tracking the GPS movements of fuel delivery fleets, i-Meter tracks the delivery activity of all the vehicles in the fleet. Location and delivery data are available to i-Meter customers in real-time on their i-Meter online dashboard, a secure, hosted website. The i-Meter dashboard presents the data with easy-to-follow, map-based graphics of vehicle locations, routes taken, and delivery site icons with ticket details available at a mouse-click. With real-time location and delivery data at hand, i-Meter customers can locate the best vehicle for will calls, detect and prevent product loss and missed deliveries, confirm deliveries, and resolve customer disputes quickly. The i-Meter dashboard also compiles the tracking data into performance reports, which i-Meter customers can use to analyze the performance of vehicles, drivers, and branches. i-Meter connects directly to Liquid Controls LCR (LectroCount) registers or the DMS i1000. Because the i-Meter online dashboard is a hosted website, no IT setup of software installation is required.
