Platts: Fuel oil demand inches up, but still low
According to energy price watcher Platts, March was a little better than February, but demand for fuel oil is still more than 200,000 b/d below 2013 numbers.
Demand on the East Coast hit a record low of 66,000 b/d in March, below even the record low set in the summer of 2013.
