xF Technologies Inc. Appoints Stacy Methvin to Board

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — xF Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Stacy Methvinas an independent director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Methvin’s appointment is as the Company’s fifth director.

“Stacy’s intimate knowledge of the oil and gas industry, gleaned from her 33 years at Shell Oil Company, will be invaluable in helping xF Technologies chart a course that is industry friendly while furthering the United States’ energy independence through the production of advanced biofuels,” said Len Rand, Chairman and CEO of xF Technologies. “We appreciate her willingness to serve as a director and look forward to benefitting from her judgment and counsel.”

Ms. Methvin recently retired from Shell Oil Company after a distinguished career spanning 33 years. She held numerous senior positions including VP Refinery Margin Optimization, VP Global Distribution, VP Strategy and Portfolio and VP Base Chemicals. In addition to xF Technologies, she is a director for Pioneer Natural Resources Company and Marquard & Bahls and also holds board seats for multiple civic and philanthropic organizations. Ms. Methvin graduated cum laude in 1979 from Princeton University where she earned an AB in Geological and Geophysical Sciences.
