North Shore Oil Heat Association Lining Up Speakers

North Shore Oil Heat Association meets on the third Tuesday of each month at Angelica’s Restaurant in Middleton, Mass., at 6:30 p.m. The organization conducts education on hazmat regulations, oil burner codes and discusses new products in the heating equipment line. It also discusses problems encountered in the field.

On June 1, 2016, Mark Nelson, area manager for Riello, offered the Association a class on Riello burners and provided lunch for the participants at its Hingham, Mass., facility.

The association rented a van and 13 members made the trip to attend. The attendees were: Jim Blake, Eric Pelletier, Adam Baron and Art Redden from Eastern Propane and Oil, headquartered in Rochester, N.H.; Martin Flint from Stocker Oil, Topsfield, Mass.; Ken Reardon (retired from Ken’s Oil and Burner Service, Danvers, Mass.); Gary Diotte from Holden Oil, Peabody, Mass.; Danny Reardon and Joey Reardon from Townsend Energy, Danvers, Mass.; Chris Ashley and Andrew McInnes from Ashley Fuel, Beverly, Mass.; Dan Favaloro from J.M. Walsh Oil, Gloucester, Mass.; and John Sundano from Sundano Heating and Air Conditioning, Middleton, Mass.
