Sponsorships and exhibitor registrations have been selling fast for the 2017 Eastern Energy Expo, May 21-25 in Hershey, Pa., the organizers report.

The Atlantic Region Energy Expo (AREE), the Oil & Energy Service Professionals (OESP) and the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (PPA) are coming together for the second consecutive year to offer the conference.

Participating associations also include Connecticut Energy Marketers Association, Mid-Atlantic Petroleum Dealers Association, New York Oil Heating Association, and Oil Heat Institute of Long Island.

Conference organizers noted on Jan. 11 that about 65 percent of the exhibition booths had been sold. Meanwhile, sponsorship packages are “going quickly,” they report.

So far, the lead sponsors, at the “Expo” level, are RW Beckett Corp. and Federated Insurance. “Diamond Sponsors” are Sunoco, Valero Marketing Supply, Co., Angus Energy, Buckeye Energy Services and Renewable Energy Group. “OESP Premier Education Sponsors” are Weil-McLain and Roth. “OESP Own the Classroom Sponsors” are Honeywell and F.W. Webb Co.

Sponsors have their logo on official conference signage, as well as print ads, web ads, complimentary conference registrations, branded e-blasts and exhibitor booths.

Conference organizers are planning for more than 4,000 attendees at the show for the energy and comfort industries. Exhibitors can still reserve a booth for the two-day trade show on May 23-24, showcasing the latest products and services for the petroleum marketing and HVAC industry.

This year the show is expected to feature more than 250 exhibits as well as a full schedule of business and technical education sessions.

There are two easy ways for your company to get involved: Exhibit and Sponsor.

Exhibitors will be able to display products and services on the trade show floor, meeting with decision makers in the energy, petroleum and HVAC industry for more than 10 hours, spread through two days. It is an opportunity to build a customer base and strengthen relationships with customers as exhibitors network on the trade floor and at the many social events taking place throughout EEE ’17.

It is also a chance to learn about new industry trends and how company leaders can have a stronger competitive edge. Exhibit spaces will be spread throughout two halls, and there will be outdoor truck and “live fire” displays.
