Dead River Co. Acquires Ryezak Oil
Dead River Co. acquired Ryezak Oil Co. of Rumney, N.H. Ryezak Oil had been owned by Bob and Terry Comeau since 1990. It serves customers in Grafton County, in western New Hampshire. The acquisition, announced Jan. 12, follows Dead River Co.’s acquisition of Breggy Oil Service in Portland, Me., announced in November.
“We are actively looking to expand our business through acquisitions in New England and the surrounding areas,” said Dead River Co. President and CEO Deanna Sherman. With the acquisition of Ryezak Oil, Sherman said, “We are, once again, bringing in a company whose values and staff commitment to service mirror our own. The Comeaus have set a high standard for their customers and we’re delighted that Bob and Roger Comeau will be staying on board.”
“By maintaining locally operated offices across our New England footprint, we get to know our customers and the communities we serve,” Sherman added.
