Eastern Energy Expo 2019: Speakers’ Deadline is Dec. 3

Eastern Energy Expo is currently accepting applications for speakers, presenters and programs. Sponsorships and booth reservations are available for Expo 2019, May 19-22 at Hershey Lodge & Convention Center, Hershey, Pa.

Eastern Energy Expo brings wholesale and retail heating fuel marketers, motor fuel distributors, diesel and biodiesel distributors, propane marketers and service professionals together under one roof.

Averaging 4,000 attendees over each of the past three years, the annual convention and trade show are co-hosted by the Atlantic Region Energy Expo, the Oil & Energy Service Professionals, and the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association.

The trade show will be open May 21 and 22, showcasing products and services for the petroleum marketing and HVAC industry.

The 2019 floor plan features nearly 300 exhibits in two halls as well as an outdoor Truck Showcase and outdoor equipment displays. Sponsorship and marketing opportunities are available for participating companies.

Exhibit spaces are 8’ x 10’ with options for corners, inline, premium hallway, marquee and island displays. Booth selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Educational programs cater to all company personnel, including owners, managers, service managers, technicians, and customer service representatives. And there will be plenty of fun, as EEE 2019 features social and networking opportunities.
