As president of the NTTC, Dan Furth is well-versed in regulatory issues. Furth will talk about the FMCSA’s Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, its impact on truck operators, and how truck operators can comply with its requirements. The NTTC represents the tank truck industry before Congress, federal regulatory agencies, and agency divisions, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
