Tremcar named Keith’s Meter Service its distributor in Maine.

Daniel Tremblay, president of Tremcar, said, “We built many tanks for customers in the state of Maine over the years. With the acquisition of Boston Steel in 2014, we wanted to offer proximity service. We want to be closer to our customers on a daily basis. Keith’s Metering Service is strategically located to fill the void we had in Maine. Keith and Carla Finley’s experience and professionalism is of great value. Tremcar is confident that Keith’s Meter Service team will do an excellent job representing and servicing Boston Steel and Tremcar fuel tanks in the state of Maine.

Keith and Carla Finley, proprietors of Keith’s Meter Service, based in Maine.

“The assembling process is just as important as the aftersales service. We know customers like to see and feel their tank during the final steps of outfitting the tank on the chassis, finishing the units closer to home adds value.’’

Keith’s Meter Service has just moved its activities to a newly built facility in Saco, Maine. The $1.2-million-dollar investment offers multiple repair and assembling bays and a spacious yard for optimal service and efficacy. In addition to the service facility, Keith Finley remains on the road offering meter calibration services in Maine.

Keith’s Meter Service was founded in 1997 by Keith Finley. With over 15 years of prior experience, Keith decided to start his own business. He began by traveling to customers all across New England performing calibrations, inspections and repairs. In 2000, Keith expanded the business by adding a repair shop in Scarborough Maine. Now with over 25 years of operation, Keith’s Meter Service has established distributorship with energy manufacturers. Investment on the construction of a new site has been made in Saco for even more room to grow.
