StoneX Markets: Hedging and Advisory Services

Brayton D. Tom has been Senior Risk Manager at StoneX Markets since November 2018. StoneX Markets provides hedging and advisory services. As a member of the OTC (Over-the-Counter) Energy team, Tom works with clients from all facets of the commodities industry to create risk management strategies designed to enhance and preserve value for each client.

Tom has over 17 years of experience in financial markets, 14 of which were spent as a Vice President at Citibank on the Commodity Sales Team. He completed his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at St. John’s University. He also achieved the Energy Risk Professional (ERP) designation which is awarded by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Tom attended the SUNY College at Oneonta, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Economics and minoring in Marketing and Finance. While attending Oneonta, Brayton was a four-year varsity letter holder and captain of the men’s Lacrosse Team. A resident of Rockville Centre, he is an active member of his community.
