Paraco Expands into HVAC Services

Rye Brook, NY-based Paraco Gas has entered into a strategic partnership with NY-based Thuesen Mechanical to deliver HVAC services.

Paraco said its joint venture with Thuesen Mechanical—Paraco Energy and Home Services—will offer plumbing, heating system installations, water treatment systems, air conditioning and conservation in the counties of Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess in New York, along with Fairfield County, Connecticut. 

“Selecting the right company for this partnership was imperative,” said Kent Thuesen. “Paraco’s company values combined with their name recognition and reputation will help us bring HVAC services to thousands of new customers.”

Paraco provides propane to customers for home heating, indoor and outdoor cooking, pool heating, and generators.

Paraco (www.paracogas.com) currently serves 120,000 customers, primarily residential, throughout the Northeast. Residential customers transitioning from heating oil as a primary energy source for home heating represent a potential new customer base as Paraco expands its HVAC business, the company said in a statement.   Joe Armentano, Chief Executive Officer said Paraco is in transition to “a full-service energy company.”
