Acquisition Announcement: Arko Petroleum Corp. Acquires Pacific Pride Cardlock Locations of Malandra Petroleum
HOUSTON, Texas – October 29, 2026 – Cetane Associates (“Cetane”) is pleased to announce that GPM Empire, LLC, a subsidiary of ARKO Petroleum Corp. (“APC”) (NASDAQ: APC), has acquired two Pacific Pride cardlock locations from Yeager’s Fuel, Inc. (“Malandra Petroleum”), located in Allentown, Penn. The transaction closed on October 1, 2026.

Malandra Petroleum traces its roots to 1939, when founder Richard “Dick” Yeager began delivering coal to the Hazleton School District. Over the following decades, the company expanded into heating oil, air conditioning and full-service heating and cooling. Under the leadership of owner Tony Malandra, who acquired the business in 2001, Malandra Petroleum grew to become the largest privately owned full-service oil heat company in Allentown.
Tony Malandra, third generation owner of Malandra Petroleum, commented, “I’m pleased with the outcome of the sale and grateful to Cetane for helping guide us through the process. I am confident these locations will be in good hands with APC. I wish the APC team continued success as they take these locations forward.”
APC is a fuel distribution company and one of the largest wholesale fuel distributors by gallons and operator of fleet fueling locations in North America. As of June 30, 2026, APC operated 290 cardlock locations. APC supplies fuel to retailers and dealers through a broad distribution network, complemented by a range of related services.
Joe Wolfinger, Division Vice President at GPM Empire, LLC remarked, “Expanding our cardlock network is an important part of our strategy to better serve commercial fleet customers and grow our Fleet Fueling platform. The addition of these two Pacific Pride locations strengthens our presence in the market and builds on the strong operations Yeager’s has established. As we continue to expand our cardlock footprint, we are providing fleet customers with broader geographic access to convenient and reliable fueling locations.”
Doug Woosnam, Director at Cetane Associates, said, “We are very pleased for Tony and the Yeager’s team. Tony has continued a remarkable family legacy and built a strong business with strong roots in the Lehigh Valley. We’re glad to have helped him navigate this transition and wish him all the best in the future.”
Cetane served as the sole arranger for Malandra Petroleum. Cetane advised on the sale, including an initial valuation opinion, marketing the business through a confidential process, assisting in negotiating the final deal terms, and coordinating the due diligence process. Team members Doug Woosnam, Duncan McMurchie, Fred Lord, Dalton Brooks, Whitney Parsley and Jack McMurchie managed the transaction.
