Oilheat Cares keeps up good works

The Oilheat Cares Foundation (OHC) keeps up the good work: so far this year, it reports, it has paid for nine jobs at an average cost per job of $1,930.20. Those jobs included three in New Jersey, two in New York, two in Pennsylvania, one in Connecticut and one in Massachusetts. It was noted that the average cost per job is kept unusually low because much of the equipment and labor is discounted or donated by participating suppliers and dealers. The directors of OHC include Judy Garber, executive administrator, and George McQueeney, president, of the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM). The group is aiming to garner more news coverage for the work it does.
