POWERFUL SENATOR RECOMMENDS FORMER NEFI CHMN. TO CFTC
This week, Judiciary Committee Chairman Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT) sent a letter to President Obama urging him to appoint NEFI member and former Chairman of the Board, Sean Cota (Cota & Cota, Bellows Falls, VT) to the soon to be vacant CFTC Commissioner seat. Sean is the current Chairman of PMAA. The seat which will become available is currently held by Michael Dunn (whose term expires at the end of June).
