Tony Burks appointed as General Filters, Inc. Vice President.

General Filters Companies have been working to increase focus on customer service throughout the organization by adding to their technical support staff, implementing a state-of-the-art telephone system, providing product training to customers, tracking metrics that highlight order fulfillment timing and adding a full-time product quality manager, Samantha Coe.  Additionally, two new engineers were added to the lineup: Product Engineer Bill Turnau and Manufacturing Engineer Derek Bruce. 

In his new role Burks will ensure that customers experience service excellence throughout their interactions with General Filters, Inc., helping to build a solid foundation for years to come.
