United States Company has announced the acquisition of NewMac Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of wood, oil, gas and pellet add-on furnaces, boilers furnaces and wood burning stoves, located in Debert, Nova Scotia, Canada. The addition of the NewMac Manufacturing product line represents the opportunity for United States Stove Company to further broaden its channels of international distribution and product offering; as well as establish a recognizable presence in the Canadian market.
NewMac offers a variety of products both complimentary and unique to the existing United States Stove Company product lines. Their long-established brand, strong customer relationships and quality products are seen as a great fit with the United States Stove Company’s growth strategy and the expansive development of the Canadian, U.S. and international markets alike.
