Connecticut Diesel Excise Tax Rate Increase

By an act of the Connecticut legislature, the state’s diesel excise tax rate increased from its present 37 cents per gallon up to 43.4 cents per gallon, adding 6.4 cents per gallon to the tax, effective July 1, 2008. The full DRS bulletin is found at the ICPA Web site.
