The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (Arlington, Va.) announced that it has moved to a new headquarters to accommodate the increased size of its staff resulting from a merger earlier this year. When the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute and Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association (GAMA) merged Jan. 1 to become AHRI, the combined staff of the two organizations resulted in the need to relocate to larger office space.
The new address for AHRI’s new headquarters is: 2111 Wilson Blvd., Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22201-3001. Staff telephone numbers, e-mail addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Web site address (www.ahrinet.org) will remain the same.
The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute is the trade association representing manufacturers of air conditioning, heating and commercial refrigeration equipment. An internationally recognized advocate for the industry, AHRI develops standards for and certifies the performance of many of these products. AHRI’s more than 350 member companies account for more than 90 percent of the residential and commercial air conditioning, space heating, water heating and commercial refrigeration equipment manufactured and sold in North America. l FON
