(Sparta, NJ June, 2011) ‘Testo Inc. is pleased to announce the testo 876 thermal imager has been recognized for excellence in product design with a Silver Award in the ACHR News 2011 Dealer Design Awards.


 


An independent panel of 30 contractors acted as judges in the competition that had 127 entries from over 80 different brands. Testo’s 876 Thermal Imager was awarded a Silver Award in the ‘Tools and Test Instruments” category.


 


The testo 876 thermal imager stands out due in part to its large articulating display. The system’s intuitive interface, easy to use buttons and available interchangeable lenses make the testo 876 a rugged and versatile thermal imager that satisfies the needs of many different applications.

The testo 876 has been designed with the HVAC/IAQ and weatherization professional in mind. With a thermal sensitivity of <80mK, a full sized 160×120 focal plane array and a large 3.5″ display, the testo 876 allows the user to easily identify problem spots quickly and accurately. The testo 876 includes 2GB of image storage and meets BPI/RESNET Infrared Imaging System Performance Standards.
