Bobby Leggett Joins Field Controls

‘Bobby is a key addition to our sales team, and brings a unique and comprehensive skill set of distribution management, contractor development, territory knowledge, and business development to our group. Our goal in the Southeast is to better support our current distributors and representative selling teams with a consummate professional manager and sales expert. Additionally, Bobby has a tremendous background in two key focus areas for Field Controls; contractor development and indoor air quality products. We are glad to have him and believe he will help us and our partners in building our business in this key region,” commented Bobby Nelson, Field Controls Vice President of Sales.

Bobby Leggett comes to Field Controls after holding several senior leadership positions with some of the southeast’s most progressive and professional distribution companies. Prior to that, Bobby spent 14 years with Trane Company, one of the industry’s leading HVAC OEM’s. Bobby led a number of Trane’s most important territory expansions and was selected by management to lead Trane’s national training function for contractors and distributors. Bobby ‘grew up” in the HVAC business and his family still operates an HVAC contracting business in northern Florida.
