PMAA BOARD ELECTS 2013 LEADERS

Benny Hodges, CEO of Hodges Oil Company Inc. in Belen, NM was elected Petroleum Marketers Association of America’s Chairman of the Board on October 7, 2012 at PMAA’s Fall Board Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. Now in his 43rd year in the industry, Hodges has been active in the New

Mexico Petroleum Marketers Association (NMPMA) and Western Petroleum

Marketers Association (WMPA) where he has served in all the chairs, and is a past president of both. Additionally, he has represented New Mexico on the

PMAA Board for 12 years and has served on the PMAA Executive Committee as Brands Chair for two years.

In accepting the chairmanship, Hodges thanked the Board for their confidence and pledged his best efforts to ensure the issues important to petroleum marketers receive the attention they deserve. ‘We must continually strive to evaluate our purpose and direction with a constant eye on how we might improve,” said Hodges. He expressed significant support for the PMAA Long Range Planning Task Force and looks forward to participating with the task force.
