PPA 2013 Education Program Features New Trainer
January 24, 2013 ‘ The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (PPA), formerly PPMCSA, ushers in a new year of education with technical trainer, Tim Wolf. Their extensive course schedule will equip you with the knowledge you need to gain an edge in today’s competitive market. In addition to the courses at PPA’s on-site training center, Tim is available to travel to your facility and train your staff.
Tim has a longstanding history of nearly 30 years in the industry. He teaches from experience, drawing on his many years as an HVAC service-and-installation technician and service manager. He knows the ins and outs of the HVAC systems you’re working on because he’s worked on them himself. It’s this perspective, combined with his years of experience as a National Trainer for Thermo Products, that make him an exceptional teacher.
‘My goal as technical instructor at PPA is to help you stay abreast of new technology so you’ll be prepared in this ever-changing industry,” says Tim.
PPA’s courses are open to both members and non-members and there are many educational opportunities to meet your specific needs. Attend a class at PPA’s state-of-the-art training center or schedule a private class with Tim at your facility. Course topics include Basic AC & Heat Pumps, Boiler Installation & Systems Piping, Advanced Oil Heat, High-Efficiency Condensing Gas Boilers, ECM Technology, Solar, UST Operator Certification Training, and more. PPA also offers NORA Certification. Their two-week Bronze Certification program is just one example of the hands-on training you can receive with PPA.
