Jack Woods Joins Paraco Gas’ M&A Team

Jack Woods is the newest member of the mergers and acquisitions team of Paraco Gas Corp., Rye, N.Y. As business development coordinator, Woods will be reporting to Christina Armentano, vice president of M&A. Woods received his Bachelor of Science from High Point University in High Point, N.C., in 2014, and joined Paraco in October 2016. In his new position, Woods has several key responsibilities, including meeting coordination and market intelligence, to support growth through acquisitions.
