Quality Contractor Services has started acquiring local qualified contractor members for its new site throughout New England, New Jersey and New York. The Web site will provide an Internet based capability for generating high quality sales leads that contractors will be able to pick from that match their area of expertise. ‘Our goal is to attract home and business property owners to our website, have them complete a detailed Request For Estimate, and then supply that request in the form of an emailed Sales Lead to our subscribers,” said Pamela Dyer vice president of online sales.  There is no charge for home and business owners to request estimates. There is an annual contractor subscriber fee as well as a per-lead fee to be paid by the subscriber.

‘We want the home and business owner to know that when they request an estimate from our service, a contractor will be paying for that lead. That means that the contractor is serious about the owners request,” said Dyer.

The Web site will also include links to other websites dedicated to providing the home and business owner with vital information that will help them when choosing the type of equipment for their project. ‘The focus will be on energy savings, education and environmentally safe ways to heat and cool their property,” added Dyer.

A poll will be conducted on different HVAC topics each month. The contractors will also get feedback on their services from QCS via questionnaires filled out by owners regarding their project experience.
