Get Ready, Get Set – and Register
Visit the convention section on our website – http://naohsm.org/trade_show.cfm. You will find that everything you need is right there. You can register for the Hershey Lodge – you can register all of your staff quickly and easily. During the registration process you can sign-up and pay for the Awards Banquet and Theme Night Party (and a reminder, we have dropped the breakfast and meal package (it caused our hotel rate to become too high and many folks didn’t take full advantage of the package anyway, thus a waste to them) as well as Golf and our Care to Ride.
At the end of the process, your badges will appear and you can print them immediately or, you will get a confirmation of your registration and you can save that until you are ready to leave for Hershey and then print out your badges – quickly and easily. If you have card stock paper, it would be a good idea to use that when printing. Badge holders will be available at registration and for those of you who forget your badge – NOT TO WORRY – we will have that capability at the show.
No Badges will be mailed BUT we will mail Tickets purchased for the Awards and Theme Night Party – 2 weeks prior to the convention.
Take a Look at the Education Classes being offered
There is something for everyone – from a terrific line-up of management classes to a broad selection of technical classes. View the outlines of the classes prior to registering and then you will know which classes you and your employees want to attend. All free – thanks to sponsors of Education.
Feel free to share this link with others that work in the HVAC or Plumbing fields – we welcome them to attend our show and classes – http://naohsm.org/trade_show.cfm
Notice our Change in Show Time
Tuesday, the show will open at 11:00 – 4:00 p.m. and on Wednesday the show opens early, 9:00 – 1:00 p.m. And we’ll have several outstanding classes immediately following the show on Wednesday. So plan to stick around .
And of course – we have Fun Too
After a crazy hot summer and a very cold winter we all deserve a break and attending our convention gives you just that. A good mix of Education, Networking and Fun.
And it starts with Monday’s events – you pick – classes or getting outdoors. You can sign-up for the 1st real Dave Nelsen Golf Tournament to be held at Iron Valley Golf Course or you can walk, run or ride a bicycle or motorcycle all for a good cause – Oil Heat Cares – www.oilheatcares.com The motorcycle group is travelling to the Harley Davidson factory in york after the tour and lunch, riders will traverse through the country side and join up with the others back at the Hershey Lodge for our Opening Reception – thanks to ITT/Bell & Gossett for co-sponsoring this event.
Tuesday after a day of education and visiting the many displays, we will host our Annual Awards Banquet – the cocktail party held prior to our dinner is sponsored by Taco. And after the banquet – join us at our chapter officers hospitality event.
And Wednesday – again after both early morning classes as well as afternoon, and visiting the displays both outdoors and in – we’ll all get together for a fun themed event. Our co-sponsor, Grundfos, will help us Celebrate Christmas in May!
When you visit the show, please remember to bring an unwrapped toy or game for a child. We are supporting the Toys for Tots program and during the Wednesday event, the Marines will be there to pick-up our contribution so let’s make their trip worthwhile. Just pile them in the sleigh that will be found in the lobby area.
It all takes place at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center – May 22-26th, 2011
