East Petersburg, Penn. ‘ The National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM) is sponsoring a one-day workshop on ‘Crossing the Generational Divide” to be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at the Hilton Hotel in Woodcliff Lakes, NJ.

Recognizing that generational differences affect businesses and trade associations, NAOHSM has invited speaker and writer Robert Wendover, managing director of the Center for Generational Studies (http://www.gentrends.com) to lead this timely workshop. Attendees will gain a better understanding of how different generations view both the workplace and association membership. This insight will help association chapters as well as member companies in their attempts to recruit a new generation of members and employees.

This one-day program is designed for those seeking to improve their association chapters, improve communications within their companies and attract and retain younger people as employees and chapter members.

To register, go to www.naohsm.org or call 888-552-0900 for further details.
