VEHICLE routING software COMPANY ROADNET TECHNOLOGIES SELECTS MALCOLM HOOKER AS DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
Baltimore, MD (November 8, 2011) ‘ Roadnet Technologies, the Baltimore-based vehicle routing and fleet management technology company, has selected Malcolm Hooker as Director, Human Resources. He was formerly Director, Human Resources for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
In his new position with the transportation logistics company, Mr. Hooker will direct the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and oversee the implementation of all corporate personnel policies involving employment, including the recruitment and hiring of new employees. Mr. Hooker will also devise and execute employee benefit and retirement programs, oversee legal compliance initiatives and implement performance management and evaluation programs.
Mr. Hooker brings more than twenty years of diversified business experience to Roadnet Technologies, including the past eleven in the human resources sector. He also spent more than seven years with Vertis Communications as Group Director, Human Resources.
Mr. Hooker earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland. He presently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland.
